Coaching is the epitome of change management; it is about results not intentions. It is a confidential, directed conversation, which provides you with a safe space to talk about your goals, your future and you in general.
Coaching is not just about work coaching or life coaching, because you cannot simply separate your life from your work; they are both part and parcel of the same human experience.
Just because you are a leader, doesn’t mean you have to do it all on your own. Coaching is a partnership and we, as Coaches, are here to support you, to encourage you, to push you and to inspire you to greatness. Coaches help you to identify your blocks and limiting beliefs. Coaches help you identify where you are and help you to overcome the old patterns preventing you from getting where you want to be.

What qualifications do you have as a Coach?
I am a Certified Professional Coach and obtained my qualification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am also a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and have more than 20 years of business experience.
What can I work on in my Coaching sessions?
While the main focus of the Coaching Programmes I develop are related to Career Transitions, it is inevitable that your whole life might come into scope at any point in the Coaching and this is perfectly normal. We will work on whatever your needs are during the programme.
